By filling this on-line registration form in advance you allow us, the organizers, to get an idea of how many people intend to participate in particular events, and possibly to adjust the placement and organization of the tournament to its size.
In turn you, the pre-registered participant, get precedence in entering the tournament. It means that in case of insufficient capacity of some tournaments, the more early registered participants will be able to enter the event, which is not guaranteed to the last-minute registering players.
Moreover, at the events organized directly by the Board Games Club Paluba, there is a 10 % discount off the regular entry fee for the pre-registered players.
We do not require that your registration be accompanied by the payment of the entry fees for the respective events. As a result, your pre-registration will become invalid unless you confirm it on-site and pay the entry fee at least 15 minutes before the start of the event. In case you fail to do so you will have the same rights (and pay the same fee) as all the "last-minute" participants.
Our privacy policy: We will eventually make public the names, cities and countries of the registered players; the same will appear in the tournament results in case you really enter the event. We believe that such information does not identify anyone as an individual, and thus it is harmless to the registrees. On the other hand, we will not disclose to a third party any of the contact information (such as e-mail) you give us. Of course we may send you additional information regarding the events you registered for, if necessary. After the forthcoming MSO you can send us an e-mail asking for your address being removed from our database. Don't do so if you would like to be inofmed about future MSO's.
